This page lists several legal documents that are available on this site from the two lawsuits, commending in 2000 and 2001, that were engaged in by the trustees of the Terra Foundation for the Arts, which runs the Terra Museum of American Art in Chicago. They are public documents, and I have placed them here both to make them more available and as supplements to my upcoming article on the Terra Museum in the Chicago Reader, which I expect to appear in November.
